I have visited this Baptist Health Urgent care twice now. Both experiences were outstanding. From the moment that you arrive you can tell this team cares about its patients. The security guard is welcoming and helpful, the front desk staff is friendly and efficient, and every medical professional that I interacted with was kind knowledgeable and compassionate. Everyone works together to make the process smooth and stress free. A great advantage is that they have an onsite x-ray machine which made getting diagnosed and treated much faster than going to the hospital. Its rare to find an urgent care where every single staff member goes above & beyond. I highly recommend this Baptist Health Urgent care facility. Thank you to the entire staff for the exceptional care you provided on both visits.

I had an excellent experience with Baptist Health. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, kind, and attentive. Everything was well-organized, and I felt cared for throughout my visit. The nurses and doctors took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable and informed about my care. The level of compassion and respect I received really stood out. Wait times were reasonable, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I felt I was in very capable hands and appreciated the efficiency and warmth of the entire team. I had an excellent experience at Baptist Health Urgent Care and would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team. I came in with a sudden allergic reaction around my eyes that caused significant redness, swelling, and itching. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The staff made me feel comfortable and took the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition. A special thank you to Dr. Tim Johnson for his attentiveness, patience, and compassionate care. He carefully listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and prescribed treatment that helped me recover quickly. Within a short time, my symptoms improved significantly. What impressed me most was the follow-up care!!! The team called me twice after my visit to check on how I was feeling and to make sure I was improving. That level of kindness and dedication is truly appreciated and made me feel that they genuinely cared about my well-being. Had a great experience here. Went in for an x-ray after an injury brought my daughter who the front desk clerk was very kind to and helped make a hot chocolate. Was seen right away, given an x-ray put in an air cast due to having a bone and they made an appointment for me with an Orthopedic. The entire staff was extremely professional attentive and very kind on a day that was quite difficult. They made the experience the best that it could’ve been.
